Hope everyone had a great New Years! The vacation is definitely over. As a lot of you might know, I also have a Twitter account @yanmurph. After I’m finished with this new post, it should hopefully show up on Twitter as well. My plan this year is to use yanmurph.com and Twitter together to better advertise my business. Also, when I post new work or updates to my website, everyone will know right away. So lets get started!

Just wanted to wish everyone a very Happy New Year! May all of us, including myself, reach any goals that might seem out of reach or too big to accomplish. 2012 is our year to shine! Here are some exciting things that you can expect from yanmurph designs for 2012. I will be working on a series of personal projects that I will use to build a fresh and new portfolio. Christmas is in a few days, and I’m still trying to wrap up everything. A much needed break is on the way. As promised, I wanted to show everyone my Christmas Card incase you didn’t get one by mail. I went with a Russian theme this year as kind of a tribute to my brother-in-law’s new bride, Yulia. They’re called Russian Nesting Dolls (some people are calling them eggs). I’ve included both the front and back of the card. People seem to enjoy looking at all of the previous cards I’ve done. Hi all! Just wanted to let everyone know that the yanBlog is up and running again! To start everything off on a good note, I have a new painting to show off. It is a Christmas Card that I completed a few weeks ago. The client wanted me to use one of my “Holiday Classics” cards and just replace my pets with her pets. We were both pleased with the final outcome. I have been doing my own personal Christmas Card now since 2005. I just completed this years card today, but I won’t be able to post it until I print them and mail them out. My annual Christmas Card is always under top security. I will post it when it gets a little closer to Christmas.
